What forms of payment are accepted?

Only bank transfers are accepted for booking. If you make 2 payments, the second payment can be made in cash. The report will not be delivered until 100% payment has been made.

Could you take care of the refurbishment or other services?

If you need any other service related to building, please contact us. We work with different architectural studios and construction companies.

Do you guarantee a price reduction on the property?

NO. This is an informative document only. We do not intervene or negotiate with owners or real estate agents.

Can I use the price estimate as an appraisal to apply for a mortgage?

If you plan to ask the mortgage in a spanish bank, NO. Appraisals for mortgage purposes are regulated by the Bank of Spain in Order ECO/805/2003, and only those issued by appraisal companies authorised by them are valid.

Is the budget of the reform binding?

NO. This is an approximation, the real cost of the refurbishment should be agreed with the builder. However, we can manage the work for you (additional service apart from Home Observation).
